This Terms of Use Policy (“Terms of Use”) applies to this website and any other websites or mobile applications, together with the information, resources, services, products, and tools (“the Services”) owned and/or operated by Caring Onward LLC (“Caring Onward LLC” “we” “us” “our”). By visiting and accessing the Services we provide, you understand and agree to accept and adhere to the following terms of use as stated in this policy, along with the terms of our Privacy Policy.
Please read this Policy carefully and in its entirety. By using the Services and/or MAKING A PURCHASE, viewing OR downloading INFORMATION, or providing your email to receive a newsletter OR OTHER materials available on or through the Services, you agree to the terms of this Policy.

We are not responsible for any delay or failure in removing such content. If you post content that we choose to remove, you hereby consent to such removal, and waive any claim against us.
Right to Monitor and Terminate Use
Although Caring Onward LLC has no obligation to monitor any user conduct on the Services, Caring Onward LLC reserves the right, and has absolute discretion, to monitor any user conduct on the Services at any time and for any reason without notice.
Caring Onward LLC reserves the right, without notice and in its sole discretion, to terminate your ability to use the Services, and to block or prevent your future access to and use of the Services. Any use of the Services in violation of the Terms may result in, among other things, termination or suspension of your rights to use the Services. The Terms remain in effect even if your account is terminated.
User Submissions
Any and all information, including but not limited to feedback, data, questions, comments, suggestions, or ideas that you submit on the Services shall not be deemed confidential, and Caring Onward LLC will not have any obligation to keep such information confidential and will be free to reproduce, use, disclose and distribute the information to others without limitation or liability. All such submissions shall be deemed the property of Caring Onward LLC, and your submission of information shall constitute an irrevocable assignment to Caring Onward LLC of all worldwide rights, titles and interests in and to such information. You agree that your submissions: (a) shall be true, accurate, current, complete and not misleading; (b) shall not violate the rights of any third party, including, but not limited to, intellectual property and proprietary rights; (c) shall not be fraudulent or involve counterfeit or stolen information or items; (d) shall not violate any law, statute, ordinance or regulation; (e) shall not contain libelous or otherwise unlawful, abusive or obscene material, or contain any virus or malware that could in any way affect the operation of the Site; and (f) shall not create any liability for Caring Onward LLC.

Caring Onward LLC grants users a limited, non-exclusive right to create a text hyperlink to the Services for noncommercial purposes, provided such link does not portray Caring Onward LLC or any of its products and services in a false, misleading, derogatory or otherwise defamatory manner and provided further that the linking site does not contain any adult or illegal material or any material that is offensive, harassing or otherwise objectionable. This limited right may be revoked at any time. Refund Policy
All Sales are Final. Due to the digital nature of some of our products, no refunds will be issued once a service or course has begun. When booking individual sessions, a client must cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session. If a session is cancelled at least 24 hours in advance, the client will be entitled to a refund of the amount paid less a 5% payment system processing fee. When booking a package, if the client desires to cancel prior to using all sessions, any refund will be based on the price of individual sessions. Any balance remaining after deducting the value of individual sessions used will be refunded less a 5% payment system processing fee. When enrolling in a course or workshop, a client may unenroll at any point until the course launches and will be entitled to a refund of any payment made less a 5% payment system processing fee. After the course launches, no refunds will be issued.
Changes to Services
We reserve the right to withdraw or amend the Services, and any service or material we provide via the Services, in our sole discretion without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason all or any part of the Services are unavailable at any time or for any period.
Changes to Terms of Use
We reserve the right to change these Terms of Use from time to time without notice. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review these Terms of Use periodically to familiarize yourself with any modifications.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Although Caring Onward LLC is headquartered in Elkridge, Maryland, USA, the Services can be accessed by visitors from most countries around the world. As each country has laws that may differ from those of Maryland, by accessing the Services, you agree that Maryland law will govern, without regard to conflicts of law provisions, for all matters relating to the use of the Services.
Furthermore, any action to enforce these Terms of Use shall be brought in the federal or state courts located in Howard County, Maryland, USA. You hereby agree to personal jurisdiction by such courts, and waive any jurisdictional, venue, or inconvenient forum objections to such courts.
Dispute Resolution
By visiting the Services or making a purchase from the Services, you and Caring Onward LLC agree that, if there is any controversy, claim, action or dispute arising out of or related to any transaction conducted on the Services, or the breach, enforcement, interpretation, or validity of the Terms or any part of them (collectively, a "Dispute"), both parties shall first try in good faith to settle such Dispute by providing written notice to the other party describing the facts and circumstances of the Dispute and allowing the receiving party thirty (30) days in which to respond to or settle the Dispute.

To you at: your last-used billing address or shipping address.
Both you and Caring Onward LLC agree that this dispute resolution procedure is a condition precedent that must be satisfied before initiating any litigation or filing any claim against the other party.
IF ANY DISPUTE CANNOT BE RESOLVED BY THE ABOVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEDURE, YOU AGREE THAT THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE JURISDICTION FOR SUCH DISPUTE WILL BE THE COURTS OF HOWARD COUNTY, MARYLAND, YOU WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL, AND THAT YOU MAY NOT PROCEED IN A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED OR REPRESENTATIVE CAPACITY.
Waiver and Severability
No waiver by Caring Onward LLC of any term or condition set forth in Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition, and any failure of Caring Onward LLC to assert a right or provision under Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
If any provision of these Terms of Use is held by a court or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be eliminated or limited to the minimum extent such that the remaining provisions of Terms will continue in full force and effect.
