Course Overview
I believe Reiki is not only a practice but also a path of transformation. Each level builds onthe last, deepening your connection with Reiki energy while giving you tools to support yourself and others. Whether you are brand new to Reiki or ready to step into mastery, these courses will meet you where you are and guide you forward on your Reiki journey.
Why Learn Reiki?
Learning Reiki empowers you to take an active role in your own well-being and the well-being of others. Reiki is a gentle yet powerful energy practice that helps reduce stress, restore balance, and promote harmony in body, mind, and spirit. It can transform your life, like it has mine, and connect you to your intuition on a deep level.
Once learned, Reiki becomes a lifelong tool you can use every day—for yourself, loved ones, and even animals.
Reiki 1 – Foundations of Reiki
Reiki 1 is the starting point for everyone. You’ll learn the history and principles of Reiki, receive your first attunement, and practice self-Reiki hand positions. This level focuses on self-care and using Reiki to support others in simple, safe ways.
After this Reiki 1 course you will be able to give yourself Reiki, friends and family, as well as animals. You will learn how to incorporate Reiki in your daily life.

Reiki 2 – Deepening the Practice
Reiki 2 expands your connection by attuning you to the frequency of three sacred symbols. You will learn advanced techniques, including giving distance (or remote) Reiki to others, strengthening your ability to support healing across time and space. Many students find this level transformational, both personally and in the way they share Reiki with others.
At this level, you are able to consider becoming a Reiki Practitioner if that resonates with you.

Reiki 3 – Master Level
The Reiki Master course is about deepening your commitment to Reiki and stepping into a new level of personal and spiritual growth. At this stage, you receive the Master symbol, advanced techniques, and the ability to attune others to Reiki. This course is for those who feel called to teach Reiki or to simply embody it as a way of life without teacher. Master Level Reiki includes how to teach all levels of Reiki for those who are thinking of sharing it with others. It took me two years before I felt called to teach it!
If you are new to Reiki, start with Reiki 1, even if you have some prior exposure to energy work. From there, you can decide whether you would like to continue to the next levels. Each course is designed to support your journey at your own pac.
Note: If you’ve already had Reiki 1 or Reiki 2 with a different instructor and don’t feel ready to go to the next level yet, you can decide whether you would like to retake either or both as a refresher. I learned from different Reiki Masters and benefited from their different ways of teaching. It’s perfectly fine to get attunements again.

Students wishing to take this Master Level class must be certified in Reiki Level Two, and must have practiced Reiki 2 for at least 6 months. It is not necessary for the practice to be professional. It can just be personal practice.
